Employee&Industrial; Relation Supervisor


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Have a good leadership skill
  • Have strong analytical thinking, initiative, interpersonal and negotiating skill
  • Having experience in handling legal – labour dispute
  • Understand about labour law
  • Having working experience in multi finance company is highly preferable
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent making industrial report in English


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal concern and industrial relation matter for the company
  • Responsible to resolve labour issues
  • Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the performance of industrial relation in the Company
  • As a mediator and facilitator between employee and management
  • Responsible to review legal opinion and assistance to the company
  • Responsible to control company licensing and documents
