IT Development Assistant Manager (2016)

Age of 28 – 35 years old.
Bachelor degree majoring IT.
3 years experience in programming.
Proficient in English oral & written

Analyze, evaluate, negotiate & review users application/report requirement, translate to IT specification to support development program in achieving company goals.
Support users in developing system application/report as required to solve their problem.
Develop, maintain & monitor system application to ensure the system running well & meet targeted date to support operational activities.
Monitor new system enhancement process to meet targeted date.
Assist superior duties & responsibilities to achieve company target.
Develop & review subordinate performance to enhance their expertise as well as to meet departement goals.
